Protecting a storefront, warehouse door, or electrical transformer? Surface-mounted bollards will instantly shear off under a direct vehicle impact. True security requires embedding steel pipe deep into the concrete foundation. Concrete Cutting Miami provides expert, high-volume core drilling for security bollards. Using our heavy-duty Weka and Husqvarna drill rigs, we cut perfectly round, oversized holes through thick commercial slabs, allowing your contractors to sink heavy steel crash pipes deep into the sub-base for maximum impact resistance.

Industrial Core Drills
Prevent vehicle ramming attacks and accidental collisions. We drill through retail sidewalks and commercial entryways to allow flush-mounted security posts that protect your glass, inventory, and most importantly, your customers.
Forklifts and heavy machinery easily destroy exposed warehouse doors and rack systems. We core drill industrial warehouse floors so you can install heavy-gauge yellow safety bollards exactly where your logistics infrastructure is most vulnerable.
Protect expensive bank ATMs, restaurant drive-thru menus, and clearance bars. We provide precise, tight-tolerance drilling in commercial lanes without destroying the surrounding pavement, keeping your drive-thru looking professional.
Transformer boxes, commercial gas meters, and expensive EV charging stations require physical barriers mandated by city code. We drill protective perimeters rapidly so your team can set the pipes and pour the concrete in a single day.
Using a jackhammer or breaker to create an opening leaves a jagged, weak perimeter that compromises the surrounding slab. Our diamond core drills extract a perfect concrete cylinder, ensuring the structural integrity of your concrete remains 100% intact.
Commercial bollard projects usually require dozens of holes. Our stand-mounted Husqvarna systems are built for production. We can rapidly drill multiple 8-inch, 10-inch, or 12-inch holes sequentially to keep your installation crew moving efficiently.
Commercial parking lots and warehouse floors are packed with heavy #6 and #8 steel rebar. Our industrial Weka diamond bits slice right through the reinforcement mesh without binding, breaking, or slowing down the operation.
Don't compromise on safety with weak surface mounts. Get the deep, precision-drilled holes you need to install true impact-resistant bollards.

No. We are strictly concrete cutting specialists. We drill the holes and extract the concrete core so your fencing, security, or general contractor can drop in the steel pipe and pour the anchoring concrete.
We typically core completely through the 4-inch to 8-inch commercial concrete slab. Once the slab is penetrated and the concrete core is removed, your installers can use a post-hole digger or auger to reach the required depth (such as 36 or 48 inches) in the dirt below.
We highly recommend drilling a hole at least 2 to 3 inches larger than the outside diameter of your steel pipe. For a standard 6-inch bollard, an 8-inch or 10-inch core hole provides the necessary annular space to properly pour the structural anchoring cement around the pipe.
We use a wet-drilling method to eliminate hazardous silica dust, keeping the air safe for your customers. Our rigs are equipped with slurry rings and heavy-duty wet vacuums to capture the water and concrete slurry directly at the bit, keeping your commercial property exceptionally clean.
Absolutely. Our Husqvarna and Weka core drills are engineered for extreme commercial applications. We can easily and consistently penetrate 12-inch or even 18-inch thick reinforced warehouse slabs to accommodate heavy-duty industrial bollards.
