Concrete Wall Sawing in Miami

Miami walls are thick, reinforced and load-bearing — when an opening has to happen, impact tools are not the answer. We saw door, window, HVAC and structural openings through concrete with hydraulic wall saws: plumb, level, up to 24 inches deep, with dust and slurry under control. Residential and commercial across Miami-Dade and Broward.

Straight Openings Doors, Windows & HVAC

New openings and enlargements for doors, windows and mechanical runs, cut plumb and level with hydraulic wall saws. Layout is planned and marked before the first cut, so every opening lands exactly where the plans say it should. See new door openings and new window openings.

Structural Cuts Load-Bearing & Shear Walls

Headers, beam pockets and wall sections in load-bearing, tilt-up and heavily reinforced walls. We work methodically — consultation, layout, controlled cutting — because this work has to keep the structure sound, exactly like our precision wall cutting and HVAC opening crews do every day.

Clean, Contained Work Occupied & Finished Spaces

Cutting in retail units, occupied homes and finished interiors. Wet cutting controls the dust, slurry gets contained and vacuumed, and the hydraulic unit runs from outside the building — no exhaust, no mess left behind.

01

Track-Mounted Precision

Hydraulic wall saws run on a mounted track and cut plumb, level and up to 24 inches deep — straight edges and clean corners, every time.

02

Steel Cuts Clean

Diamond blades take rebar and heavily reinforced concrete in stride, so openings come out ready to finish — not ready to patch.

03

Containment First

Wet cutting suppresses silica right at the blade, slurry is captured and vacuumed, and occupied spaces stay usable throughout the job.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does concrete wall sawing cost in Miami?
Wall sawing runs about $10–$100 per square foot depending on wall thickness, access and reinforcement, and there is a $500+ service charge for truck mobilization and setup. Every job is quoted after we see the site, and the quote is written before work starts. See the pricing guide or call 888-828-8646.
Can you cut a door or window opening in a concrete wall?
Yes. New door and window openings are everyday work for us. We lay out every cut first, then saw clean, plumb and level openings with hydraulic wall saws, so the wall gets exactly the opening the plans call for — no chewed edges, no patching. Call or text 888-828-8646 to get yours quoted.
How thick of a wall can you cut?
We regularly saw walls up to 24 inches of cut depth, including heavily reinforced shear walls and tilt-up panels. Thicker, steel-heavy walls change the setup — not whether the cut gets done.
Can you cut reinforced concrete and rebar?
Yes. Diamond blades and hydraulic wall saws are made for reinforced concrete, so rebar and mesh are cut cleanly as the saw passes. Openings come out straight and ready to finish, not ragged and ready to patch.
How do you control dust and slurry?
We cut wet. Water is pumped straight into the blade guard to cool the diamond and stop airborne silica at the source, and slurry is contained and vacuumed as we work. Occupied spaces get extra protection so the rest of the property stays clean.
Can you cut walls in an occupied building?
Yes. The hydraulic power unit stays outside and runs hoses to the saw head, so there is no exhaust inside, and the cutting itself is vibration-free — no impact demolition cracking the structure around it. Retail units and occupied homes are routine work for us.
